Room Overview

Here at S. W. Durham Training, we have a wide range of conference/lecture rooms for hire, which can be tailored to suit the needs of the individual or business. Three large first floor rooms are available, one with access to a sun lounge. There is also a visitor's canteen on offer, with a range of hot and cold food and drink.

Facilities Available

All of our first floor rooms come equipped with an overhead projector and projector screen. Laptops and projectors are also available as an optional extra. You can of course, bring your own equipment. A colour television can be provided, as well as a video cassette/DVD player. All rooms are equipped with central heating, as well as air conditioning and windows for the summer months.

We have a selection of buffets on offer, provided locally by GJ's Sandwiches, that come in a variety of menu options, so you're sure to find one that suits you. Menus are available from £4.50 to £6.50 per head.
